Subject Description

This course runs for a semester (two terms - Terms 1 and 2 and then again Terms 3 and 4). 

Food is the essence of life, it creates memories and fills your belly and your soul. This course is designed to take you around the world and expand your palate with dishes from other countries. From basic eggs and succulent steaks to butter chicken and churros, you will have the skills to feed your family or your flatmates!
