This class is for English Language Learners who are learning at Stage 3 of the English Language Learning Progressions. This course will help students develop their English language skills through completing units of work which focus on formal writing and reading literacy skills, assessed through three English Language (EL) Level 3 Unit Standards, providing them with the opportunity to gain a total of 15 credits. Students in this course will also be developing skills that are required for the NCEA L1 Reading and Writing Literacy standards.
