The Global Workplace
In Term One we focus on cultural responsiveness and working effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. This enables us to work across the globe, have solid professional relationships in our workplace and work effectively interpersonally.
In Term 2 we focus on banking, credit options, the pitfalls of finance, insurance, tax and budgeting. This way, students can go into renting/flatting and employment situations with the skills and confidence to best manage their finances, and safeguard their belongings.
In Term 3 we look at career pathways, workplace administration and conflict resolution. Having strong interpersonal skills are helping in interviews, interpersonal relationships at work and in securing leadership roles in the workforce.
Term 4 gives us a chance to wrap up the theme work from the previous 3 terms and to participate in a service project.
