In this course you will train for and participate in an event as a class. Throughout this process you will develop your understanding of how to train effectively, and learn to push yourself both physically and mentally. You will need to be prepared to train regularly and at a high intensity as part of this course. The learning here can be applied to many other areas, and would be ideal physical preparation for your sport.

- How to prepare mentally for an event
- Nutrition and meal planning
