This is a highly practical course which aims to develop your understanding of how to train effectively and learn to push yourself (both physically and mentally). You will need to be prepared to train regularly and at a high intensity as part of this course. The learning here can be applied to many other areas and would be ideal physical preparation for your sport.

  • How the body works to improve your fitness
  • How to prepare physically and mentally for an event
  • Nutrition and meal planning


Approximate Costs and Equipment/Stationery

A decent pair of running shoes is highly recommended.
