Recommended Prior Learning

Students may have taken 9LIT ( Year 9 Literacy) in the previous year, however this is not necessary. This course leads into 1ENA ( Level 1 English Applied). 

This course provides additional practice and revision in listening comprehension, phonetics and/or spelling patterns, reading comprehension, inquiry skills, paragraph and essay answers, and finally working memory exercises. This course covers skills assessed in the new literacy standards.
