This course builds and develops the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, viewing and presenting in Te Reo within a familiar context. A range of topics will permit students to communicate about their own world.
Learning will be assessed through the new NCEA changes where you chose which assessments you would like to pursue - ākonga can choose three standards, from two internal and two external exams to suit their strengths to gain 14-16 credits. Tasks will be completed through portfolio work completed throughout the year.
