Subject Description

This course is about developing leadership skills within a sports context. They will investigate adapted sport and physical activity to understand inclusive coaching practices. They will develop motor skill learning and the application of this in coaching. They will explore leadership styles as well as team/event management in sport.


Recommended Prior Learning

This course is open to Year 13, and in some cases Year 12, students who have a strong interest in developing their leadership skills within a sports context. Preference will be given to Year 13 students. Students will need to have achieved Level 1 Literacy.
